By accessing or using GiBiArena (gibiarena.com) you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

GiBiArena is a fan-made statistics, tier-list and strategy platform for League of Legends and Clash of Clans. It is operated by GiBiSociety, a private individual based in Italy. Some features require a free account. Premium features may require a paid subscription processed via Stripe.

GiBiArena is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. or Supercell Oy. League of Legends, Clash of Clans and all associated assets are the property of their respective owners. Game data is sourced from official public APIs and used in accordance with their developer policies. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at service@gibiarena.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer or overload our systems.

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

• Upload or transmit viruses or harmful code.

• Impersonate another user or person.

• Circumvent any access controls or rate limits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules without prior notice.

Our original content (design, code, written analyses, logo) is owned by GiBiSociety and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission. Game assets belong to their respective rights holders.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable Italian consumer law (D.Lgs. 206/2005) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

GiBiArena is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. Statistics and tier lists are generated from real match data but are provided for informational purposes only — they do not constitute professional gaming advice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GiBiSociety shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms. Upon termination, your personal data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
